After Vincent graduated with his first degree, He signed four years of fellowship journey with Lead for Ghana to extend educational opportunities to students in deprived schools in the Northern and Western parts of Ghana. During this fellowship, he founded two educative programs; “Motivation2Learn” and “Huracan FC Ghana”, both with the aim of reducing school dropouts among students in rural communities.

Upon his continued service to the school communities and improving the lives of students, he was chosen as an Everyday Young Hero by Youth Service America (YSA). Lead for Ghana (LFG) also awarded him an Alumni Award as an Alumnus with the Most Entrepreneurial Spirit. In 2018, The Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and Teach for All invited him to participate in Youth leadership growth and professional development with Israel as a complex and motivating backdrop. He also participated in the 2019 UNESCO APCEIU the 5th Youth Leadership Workshop on Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in Seoul, the Republic of Korea to share his experiences, inspire other young leaders and learn.
