Our Elite Development Program at Lead First Academy is targeted at young talented kids between the ages of 13 to 15. Our team of experienced coaches and scouts take interested individuals through a series of rigorous trial sessions, organized periodically, to select the most talented athletes to join the academy. 

The focus at this level is to develop players who are ready to go pro. Through our network of partner clubs all over the world, we ensure that talents are provided a sustainable pathway to build their football career. 

Character development is crucial at this stage and we ensure that all student-athletes are equipped with the right character to make it to the very top
